Located along the new Westside Trail on the Atlanta BeltLine, Lee + White development is reinvigorating nearly 500,000 SF of warehouse space into a vibrant mixed use development. With three direct connections to the BeltLine, its offers easy access to one of Atlanta’s main attractions.
929 Lee Street is an expansive, deep warehouse that will be carved into creative office spaces that surround an interior parking court to help maximize the office tenants’ exposure to natural light. In an effort to break up the nearly ½ mile long site, a Food Hall is planned for the center of the property, near one of the main connections to the Beltline. Combining restaurants of various formats with food stalls and artisanal shops, the food hall and surrounding outdoor space will be a great addition to the beverage heavy tenant base.
